LED UV印刷自动线是自动印刷后自动流入UV固化机传送网带上（该设备架设在现有流水线上使用，进出通道宽度320mm
通过下一道工序流入UV固化后输送经过紫外线灯管干燥。
二、印刷下料及UV主要技术指标
传送方式
键盘UV印刷固化
1.采用特氟龙输送网输送（输送网带宽度：300mm)
2.马达（台制）配合齿轮减速机、链轮、输送网传动，输送速度6M/min，
3.VR无级调速，LED数字式速度显示。
传送方向面对机台控制面板由左往右输送。
机械结构分布:外尺寸：L6850mm×W550mm×H1650mm
4.LED UV机印刷自动线固化机采用LED灯电源配套系统控制
5.UV灯反射罩：采用CM反射镜片，反射效率高、光照强 、温度低。
材质,进口UV灯管，UV段長600mm、總寬度480mm、總高度550mm、进出料口高度*50mm。
1.UV室内灯罩及底板采用SUS304#不锈钢，防止UV光照射后产尘。
2.外采用SS41#钢板经防锈处理后静电喷涂60# 浅沙色
加装冷凝器减少排风量，冰水客户提供。
控制系统：采用PLC触摸屏控制，也可选手动按钮方式。
