预热炉+低温UV炉是印刷完后放在UV固化机进料输送网上
通过预热炉烘烤后进入UV固化后经传送带经过紫外线灯管干燥。
二、印刷下料及预烘烤UV主要技术指标
传送方式
1.采用不锈钢输送带（平面）（输送网带宽度：300mm)
2.马达（台制）配合齿轮减速机、链轮、输送网传动，输送速度6M/min，
3.VR无级调速，LED数字式速度显示。
传送方向面对机台控制面板由左往右输送。

预烘烤段：预烤段长度500mm,加热*温度100度。

5.UV灯反射罩：采用CM反射镜片，反射效率高、光照强 、温度低。

1.UV室内灯罩及底板采用SUS304#不锈钢，防止UV光照射后产尘。
2.外采用SS41#钢板经防锈处理后静电喷涂60# 浅沙色
控制系统：采用PLC触摸屏控制，也可选手动按钮方式。
