一、设备介绍
低温UV机是印刷平台印刷完后自动取料放在UV固化机进料输送网上
通过UV固化后流入下一道工序由传送带经过紫外线灯管干燥。
二、印刷下料及UV主要技术指标
传送方式
1.采用特氟龙输送网输送（输送网带宽度：600mm)
2.马达（台制）配合齿轮减速机、链轮、输送网传动，输送速度6M/min，
3.VR无级调速，LED数字式速度显示。
传送方向面对机台控制面板由左往右输送。
机械结构分布:外尺寸：L2440mm×W750mm×H1800mm
4.低温UV机采用电子电源系统控制
5.UV灯反射罩：采用CM反射镜片，反射效率高、光照强 、温度低。
材质,进口UV灯管7.5KW*3支
1.UV室内灯罩及底板采用SUS304#不锈钢，防止UV光照射后产尘。
2.外采用SS41#钢板经防锈处理后静电喷涂60# 浅沙色
加装冷凝器减少排风量，冰水客户提供。
控制系统：采用PLC触摸屏控制，也可选手动按钮方式。

印刷下料参数
1.印刷下料机由一组XZ轴组成，可自动上下料，也可选人工上下料。
2.当印刷完成后的产品由印刷平台送出后
低温UV机由机械手将平台上的产品吸起送入UV机进料口。
3.机械手运动由滑块及模组组成。
4.机械手采用无痕吸盘接触产品。
5.吸盘位置可以根据产品要求调整。
